    Steps to make 蒜泥生蚝

    • 1.生蚝,刷子刷洗干净。
    • 2.锅里放凉水,把生蚝放进去。开大火煮。
    • 3.蒜切沫。碗里放蚝油。锅中油烧热,把蒜末倒进去,关火,搅搅蒜。把油和蒜一起倒入蚝油里,拌匀。蒜别炸糊了。
    • 4.水开了,生蚝就陆续张开嘴了。张嘴立即拿出来就行啦。煮时间长了,肉就变小小的了。
    • 5.开口。掰开,不好掰的用小刀割一下,割断里面的柱,就开了。
    • 6.都包开了,放到盘里。忙着去切蒜,有的也时间长了,忽略。
    • 7.把炒好的蒜泥放上去。摆上喜欢的辣椒。没有绿色的辣椒,放了点点芹菜。
