  • 3.放姜末,盐,糖,鸡精

  • 5.放植物油,麻油,分2次加点水,往一个方向搅拌好
  • 6.大葱洗净切碎,加入羊肉.
  • 7.搅拌均匀
  • 8.搅拌均匀
  • 9.买现成的饺子皮.包锅贴
  • 10.冷锅放油,放上锅贴
  • 11.放适量冷水,盖锅盖,中火煮开5分钟。
  • 12.不停的转动锅子,让锅贴受热均匀。待锅贴皮子转色,加葱花
  • 13.大火收至锅贴底成金黄色,撒些黑芝麻即可
