小米滑鸡粥
之前,在电视看到一款用烧鸡熬的粥,觉得非常好。只因家人爱喝粥,但不喜欢添加肉、菜的粥。所以,一直没有动手试试。至今,虽然具体的内容记不清了,但还是很向往。家里有吃剩下的烧鸡,搭配小米,又添加了芹菜、香菇,煮了这款小米滑鸡粥。味道非常好,以往排斥肉菜粥的家人也觉得这粥不错。

Steps to make 小米滑鸡粥

  • 1.干香菇洗干净用冷水浸泡。
  • 2.芹菜择洗干净。备好烧鸡。
  • 3.香菇切成丁。
  • 4.烧鸡切成丁。
  • 5.芹菜切成小段。
  • 6.香菇,连同浸泡香菇的水倒入电饭煲内胆,添加鸡肉,再加适量水,放入电饭煲,盖上盖通电煲。
  • 7.小米洗干净。
  • 8.开锅后将小米入电饭煲,盖上盖继续煲。
  • 9.煲至小米开花,将芹菜入电饭煲。
  • 10.再开锅断电,加盐、胡椒粉。
  • 11.搅拌均匀即可盛出享用。
