上海越来越少见的日本便利店“罗森”,也是最早出现的24小时便利店之一~~~“关东煮”这一项,“罗森”的发挥水平是最正常的~~我最爱的是6角钱一大圈的白萝卜,和各色海带丸子一锅煮,很多时候买的丸子就泡的像白馒头一样完全没味道了,味道就全部被白萝卜吸收~去买的时间还要凑巧,萝卜被酱油染成酱红色,酥而不烂~我就常常碰到萝卜还是半生的,或者只剩下萝卜的尾段了,%>_<%。

  • 白萝卜半根
  • 魔芋丝一盒
  • 鱼丸2条
  • 豆皮卷几根
  • 肉皮200G
  • 生抽5-6勺

Steps to make 关东煮

  • 1.其实在家自制关东煮也超级简单~~~只要预备好柴鱼花+特级生抽 即可,其实没有柴鱼花也都可以不放。味道出来也比较接近滴~~。
  • 2.白萝卜半根,削皮。
  • 3.切滚刀块,先放入汤中,小火慢炖10分钟。
  • 4.提前一夜把豆皮棍和肉皮泡发。
  • 5.肉皮切菱形块。
  • 6.豆皮棍切成小段,10分钟后一起加入锅中,小火炖40到50分钟,直到白萝卜完全入味,看不到白芯最好。
  • 7.50G左右的柴鱼花 放入半锅水中,水烧开后。
  • 8.加入5勺金标生抽。
  • 9.和少许盐。
  • 10.再加些白糖提鲜, 汤底就调制好啦。
  • 11.加入萝卜块。
  • 12.加入猪皮。
  • 13.加入豆皮卷。
  • 14.小火炖50分钟。
  • 15.最后加入喜欢的鱼丸等,5分钟后鱼丸熟了,就可以出锅啦!按照自己喜欢 穿一串吧~~我买的是爆汁鱼丸~~一口汤超赞的!
