  • 6.热锅放油,倒入剁椒,炒香。
  • 7.加葱姜蒜末,炒香。
  • 8.放入焯水的鸡翅,翻炒至表面微黄。
  • 9.加盐调味。
  • 10.翻炒均匀。
  • 11.将炒过的鸡翅盛入大碗中。
  • 12.将装有鸡翅的碗放入蒸锅内。
  • 13.加生抽调色调味。
  • 14.大火烧开,转中小火蒸15分钟即可。
