三明治里的食材也不复杂,只是有一点要注意,少油少盐更健康,所以煎鸡蛋之后再煎火腿就不要放油了,直接煎就好了,还有就是芝士要趁火腿刚煎好热热的时候就放上去,这样芝士就会慢慢融化,味道更浓郁哦。

Steps to make 快手三明治

  • 1.先来准备所需要的食材,生菜选用这种紫绿色的味道和营养都更好。
  • 2.煎锅里放入少许的油,油热后把鸡蛋打进去煎熟。
  • 3.煎好鸡蛋后,不用放油,直接把火腿片放到锅里煎,煎出香味。
  • 4.生菜清洗干净,用厨房用纸吸干水分,吐司两片并排摆放,生菜放在吐司片上。
  • 5.煎蛋放在生菜上,再挤上沙拉酱。
  • 6.煎好的火腿对半切开,摆放在鸡蛋上,再挤上一些沙拉酱。
  • 7.趁着火腿还有热气,把芝士片放到火腿上,这样芝士就会慢慢融化,味道更好,最后把吐司合上,快手三明治就做好了。
