Steps to make 惠方寿司卷

  • 1.提前将干蘑菇泡3个小时以上,然后和泡好的西葫芦一起加入A中的材料煮15分钟。
  • 2.切成适当的大小,备用。
  • 3.将蛋液最好用漏斗过滤下,和B中的材料混合搅拌均匀。
  • 4.将色拉油放到加热的四角锅中,用厨房专用纸巾擦干。
  • 5.然后分数次加入蛋液卷起卷状。
  • 6.米饭加入寿司醋搅拌好。
  • 7.将紫菜上面放上寿司醋米饭。
  • 8.然后上面均匀摆上材料卷起。卷的时候要用力卷紧。
  • 9.卷起,卷的时候要用力卷紧。
  • 10.然后装盘即可食用。注意不要切开。
