“2015年的春节一家人自驾去了趟三亚,过了一次异地的春节,三亚的风景、沙滩美不胜收;水果也是玲琅满目,并且水果多是自然成熟,独特的水果香味只有产地才算醇正。
成熟的木瓜,黄澄澄的,在三亚这段时间可是吃过瘾啦,作为水果发烧友的我,当然不忘把这份醇香保留下来,制作木瓜果酱,一份甜蜜的美味,更是一份纪念。

  • 柠檬汁100g

Steps to make 柠香木瓜果酱

  • 1.将果酱瓶清洗干净,倒扣于蒸锅中,蒸煮消毒20分钟,取出后倒扣晾干备用;
  • 2.准备3个柠檬洗净,对切榨取柠檬汁,倒于玻璃盆中;
  • 3.然后将准备好的木瓜洗净去皮去瓤;切成小丁,置于柠檬汁中;
  • 4.称取所需冰糖置于玻璃盆中并加入适量的水,搅拌均匀;然后倒入铜锅中;
  • 5.先大火煮开,去除表面浮起的泡沫,然后调小火慢煮,至粘稠状态;
  • 6.关火,趁热将果酱装于果酱瓶中,倒扣放置30分钟后,将果酱瓶外壁清洗干净,置于室温放置3-7天后,即可食用;若长期保存,放置于冰箱中冷藏存储,一般可放置3个月左右。
