馅饽饽有的地方称为馅团子。我们这里一般称小麦粉发酵后裹馅,捏出褶为包子,玉米面裹馅团圆为馅饽饽。单纯用玉米面和面,包的时候容易裂开,因此,在和面时加少量小麦粉。黄玉米面很强势,尽管有小麦粉的添加,蒸熟后的馅饽饽还是金灿灿的。这款馅饽饽用韭菜、虾皮加粉丝作馅,味道不错,还有着补钙,补肾,润肠,减肥,防癌等功效。

  • 1.粉丝洗干净用冷水浸泡。
  • 2.虾皮洗干净用油浸泡。
  • 3.取适量玉米面、小麦粉。
  • 4.和成面团饧10分钟。
  • 5.韭菜择洗干净切碎。
  • 6.浸泡后的粉丝切碎与韭菜、虾皮放在同一容器中,加盐、味精搅拌均匀作馅。
  • 7.取适量饧好的面团,按薄。
  • 8.加适量馅。
  • 9.收口,包好。
  • 10.收口在下,团圆放在蒸锅里蒸。
  • 11.蒸熟即可享用。
