【豆沙圈圈饼】颜值和美味兼具的手工饼干
以往大家做这款饼干可能会用双色面团去做,用到可可粉或抹茶粉,等。这款饼干的造型是十分常见的,很受家庭烘焙者们的喜爱。而这次我做的不同往常,是用到了豆沙,变身了一款有皮有馅儿的圈圈饼。不仅有颜值,有了豆沙,味道也很赞。平时我们用的豆沙是很难成型,但在拌入了低筋面粉后,不仅易成型,且口感变得有了韧性,依然保留着豆沙的香甜味道。这样的一款既有颜值,又美味的饼干你会不会喜欢呢。

Steps to make 【豆沙圈圈饼】颜值和美味兼具的手工饼干

  • 1.备齐所需食材,黄油常温软化后,与糖粉25g混合用手动打蛋器搅打至混合均匀;
  • 2.加入蛋液继续搅打至混合;
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉160g,用刮刀拌和均匀成面团;
  • 4.用保鲜膜包裹面团静置约10分钟左右;
  • 5.豆沙与糖粉10g,低筋面粉40g拌和均匀,成豆沙面团儿;
  • 6.分别将两种面团擀成约0.2-0.3cm厚的面片,边缘部分切整齐后,表面刷一层蛋液,重叠放置后从一边卷起成卷卷状;
  • 7.卷好的面团,用保鲜膜包裹,放入冰箱冷冻20分钟;
  • 8.取出后切片,放置在烤盘上,烤箱温度165度,时间20分钟,预热后放入烤盘即可。
