好吃不过饺子----韭黄虾仁蒸饺
转眼间大假已经过去一段时间了,大家玩得开心吗,我们是天天都在想去哪里玩,结果最终哪儿也没去,看到到处是人头攒头的景象,再想想以前大假的时候出去玩的感受,还是算了吧。
用韭黄和虾仁搭配在一起,以前从来没有试过,今天试着做了,味道还真不错。
先看看咬开的效果,是不是感觉很美味呢。
即使直接吃,味道也是很棒的,当然也可以再做一个自己喜欢的调味啦。

  • 鲜虾1斤(带壳)
  • 肉馅1斤
  • 饺子皮2斤半
  • 鸡蛋2个

  • 1.韭黄洗净晾干。
  • 2.姜和大葱剁碎。
  • 3.虾去壳去虾线。
  • 4.韭黄切碎,加入剁碎的姜葱。
  • 5.把肉馅虾仁也加进去,虾仁不要切太小,这样吃起来口感更好。
  • 6.加入调料,再加入2个鸡蛋。
  • 7.搅拌均匀,一定要用一个大盆哦,我直接放锅里搅拌的。
  • 8.最后一个步骤,就是包啦,包好后吃不完的冻冰箱慢慢吃吧。
  • 9.煮着吃当然没问题,但我们今天的饺子是蒸着吃的,如果是直接用盘子蒸,可以在上盘子上抹一层油,再把饺子放在上面,水开后蒸10分钟左右就可以了。
