抹茶蜜豆马芬
爱吃蛋糕的朋友们,对马芬糕一定不陌生,马芬糕份量不大可以装在小杯子中,又称杯子蛋糕。对英、美国家的人而言,马芬是早餐与下午茶的绝佳小点心,其口感介与蛋糕和面包之间,不像扎实的面包需要费力咀嚼,也比蛋糕更让人有吃饱了的感觉。
这次用的宇治抹茶粉(祖母绿),有浓浓的茶香味,如果不喜欢这种单调的味道呢,可以像我这样加上蜜红豆,吃起来不甜腻,又满足想吃甜点的味蕾。

  • 低粉120克
  • 抹茶粉5克
  • 纯牛奶50毫升
  • 砂糖75克
  • 无盐黄油65克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 无铅泡打粉2克
  • 蜜红豆50克

Steps to make 抹茶蜜豆马芬

  • 1.黄油切小块于室温下软化。
  • 2.牛奶倒入锅中小火煮至微沸,冲入抹茶粉中搅匀,放置温热。
  • 3.黄油中分次加入砂糖用电动打蛋器打至发白、体积变大。
  • 4.分次加入蛋液搅匀。
  • 5.冲入抹茶牛奶液、筛入低筋面粉、泡打粉,混合均匀。
  • 6.加入蜜红豆切拌至均匀。
  • 7.面糊盛入纸杯中,约八分满。
  • 8.入预热好的烤箱烘烤,180度,20分钟。
