照烧(照り焼き,てりやき,Teriyaki),知名日本菜肴及烹饪方法。通常是指于烧烤肉、烧鱼过程中,外层涂抹大量酱油,糖水,大蒜,姜与清酒(或味醂)。

用一碗照烧汁烧一份黄花鱼,照烧汁的浓郁酱香,加上黄花鱼的鲜嫩美味,再配上一碗白米饭,小资的味道,让人反复回味!

  • 1.主料:大黄花鱼2条配料:香葱、海苔丝、炒熟的白芝麻各适量调料:大多福喜好酱汁100克、盐少许
  • 2.黄花鱼洗净,去除内脏,在鱼身2侧各打一字刀;
  • 3.平底锅中烧油,油温8成热时将黄花鱼入锅煎制,煎制2面金黄色为好;
  • 4.烹入大多福喜好酱汁100克,再将香葱入锅,酱香味道烹出来后,冲入少量清水;
  • 5.加入盐少许,烧至酱汁粘稠后即可装盘,撒上海苔丝和白芝麻,这道菜就大功告成。
