超可爱超萌的小熊猫饼干

Steps to make 超可爱超萌的小熊猫饼干

  • 1.把低筋面粉和糖粉过筛放入盆中
  • 2.将黄油切小颗粒放入盆中
  • 3.用手把加入黄油颗粒的面粉抓捏成玉米碎状
  • 4.加入鸡蛋液,用手把面和成面团团
  • 5.把黄油面团分成120克、80克、30克三个面团,120克加入4克抹茶粉、30克加入2克黑可可粉揉成团
  • 6.将可可面团分成5条,一条是3克做鼻子,两条是6克做眼睛,两条是8克做耳朵。原味面团分成3条,分别为10克,25克和45克。抹茶面团分为14克和110克。均用手掌心搓成长约18厘米的圆柱状
  • 7.取25克的原味面团,用手掌向下略略压平成面饼状
  • 8.放上3克的可可面团
  • 9.取10克原味面团,压平后完全覆盖在鼻子上
  • 10.依次把两条分别重6克的可可面团略略压扁,分别放置在鼻子的两端做眼睛
  • 11.把45克的原味面团压扁后完全覆盖住可可面团
  • 12.再依次把2条8克的可可面团放至在面团两端做耳朵
  • 13.取14克的抹茶面团,压成长方形面条状,放置在两个耳朵之间
  • 14.将110克的抹茶面团完全包裹住面团
  • 15.放置冷冻室冷冻20分钟后将冻硬的面团切成0.5厘米的厚度,把切好的饼干放在铺好油布的烤盘上,烤箱预热165度,烤箱中层,烤制15分钟即可
