还记得小时候,每逢过春节,总会有一道我认为的“大菜”在最后登场,那就是拔丝苹果!当热乎乎的拔丝苹果端上桌子的时候,我早就迫不及待了,站起来,夹起一块,也顾不得蘸一下水,就往嘴里放,有时候还会烫着嘴巴,那样也不在乎,继续吃,要不然晚了,就拔不了丝了。凉了以后,硬硬的就不好吃了。后来,我也学会了做拔丝苹果,就隔一段时间解解馋。常常是我和女儿一起比赛,看谁能把丝拔的更长。

    Steps to make 丝丝相连----拔丝苹果

    • 1.将材料准备齐全。
    • 2.苹果去皮去核切成均匀大小的块。
    • 3.将淀粉加水活成稀糊。
    • 4.切好的苹果裹上淀粉糊。
    • 5.锅内放油,6成热,下苹果,炸至金黄色捞出。
    • 6.油锅倒掉油,洗干净,再放少许油。
    • 7.倒入白糖。
    • 8.变成黄褐色的时候关火。
    • 9.倒入苹果,翻滚,趁着油锅的余热裹上糖稀。
    • 10.撒上芝麻。
    • 11.盘内刷油。
    • 12.将拔丝苹果盛进去。趁热吃,夹一块蘸一下水。
