豆沙一口酥
很喜欢这款点心讨巧的造型,细细的,中间还夹有一点豆沙,真是麻雀虽小五脏俱全,点心虽小但是口感层次也挺丰富啊!

  • 1.黄油加入糖粉室温下软化

  • 5.加入泡打粉
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉
  • 7.拌匀成一个面团
  • 8.用擀面杖擀开成一个薄片
  • 9.豆沙馅整理成一个柱状
  • 10.薄片上涂上适量的鸡蛋液
  • 11.把豆沙馅卷起来到中间
  • 12.揉成细长的小条
  • 13.上面可以撒上芝麻,切成小段,烤箱里中层180度上下火20分钟即可!
