  • 9.分成两份,取一份擀成长方形
  • 10.卷起来,收口捏紧
  • 11.收口向下放入烤盘于温暖处发酵
  • 12.待面团发酵至原来的1.5倍左右
  • 13.筛入一层薄薄的高粉进行割包
  • 14.烤箱150度预热10分钟,放入烤盘上下火烘烤25分钟取出
