海苔简介:
海苔是一种天然海藻食品海苔本身的营养很高,因为它生长在海边岩石上,充分汲取了海水中的精华,蛋白质、矿物质和维生素的含量极其丰富,被人们称为“维生素的宝库”。其中,胡萝卜素、核黄素、维生素A、B族维生素的含量特别高。海苔中还含有铁、钙等矿物质。
中医认为紫菜味甘咸,性寒,能清热、化痰、利尿,夏天多吃紫菜有消暑热,补身体的作用,高血压患者、结核病人、脚气病人、肺热多痰的人适合多吃海苔。由此可见海苔的药用效果也是不错的。

全麦粉简介:
全小麦粉是由整粒小麦粉碎加工而成,它含有小麦的全部麸皮和胚芽。
全麦粉本身含有丰富的营养成分,其中未打磨完全的麦麸、麦丕里还有丰富的铁、锌等微量元素和矿物质。完全没有添加任何其他物质的纯天然全小麦粉的膳食纤维是等级面粉的5到10倍,所含的维生素类大部分超出等级面粉的1倍以上,其中钾、钠、铁、锰、锌、磷等矿物质元素超出等级面粉的2倍以上。“就是样子‘丑’点,吃起来却很香。而且营养充足、食用安全。

说下我用的‘大喜大海苔松’,是经过加工过滴,很酥脆,里边还加了熟芝麻,特别香,空嘴吃也非常好吃,或者拌米饭都行,这个海苔松和全麦粉搭配做成饼干以后,酥香可口,我加了很少量的糖,其实不放糖也很好吃,貌似还挺健康滴,应该很适合小孩吃的一款饼干。

再说下做西点到底该不该加泡打粉的问题,其实我也一直很纠结这个问题,都说泡打粉对身体有害,最好不食用,可是做点心它有时会有很重要的作用,比如做饼干时加一点点,成品就会特别疏松,口感很好。所以我查了一些资料,在此简单介绍下泡打粉,用与不用还得您自己说了算哈。

泡打粉是一种复合疏松剂,又称为发泡粉或者是发酵粉,主要用作面制食品的快速疏松剂。但是泡打粉是化学起发剂,有两种,一种是碱性的,主要成分是碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢铵,另一种是复合的,主要成分是明矾和铵明矾。医学证明,明矾中含有铝,用化学的泡打粉特别是含有明矾的泡打粉容易造成老年痴呆、骨质疏松、血管疾病等,是对人体有害滴,所以在购买泡打粉的时候,一定要注意是否是‘无铅泡打粉’,一般产品上都有注明,所以建议使用碱性泡打粉,才会对身体无害。

  • 1.低筋粉提前过筛,然后和全麦粉、拌匀。
  • 2.把大喜大海苔松倒面粉里,如果嫌海苔松比较大块,可以隔着袋子用手捏一捏,把海苔松捏碎些使用。
  • 3.把海苔松和面粉拌匀备用。
  • 4.黄油室温软化,加入20克砂糖。
  • 5.用打蛋器稍微打发。
  • 6.分3次加入蛋液。
  • 7.每次都要充分搅匀后再加下一次蛋液。
  • 8.把面粉倒入打发的黄油中。
  • 9.用橡皮刮刀稍微拌合,过度搅拌会使做好的饼干不够疏松。
  • 10.用手捏成大小适中的团。
  • 11.将面团放入烤盘中,用手掌或者勺子背按扁,送烤箱烤制。
  • 12.烤制:(时间温度仅供参看,请以自家烤箱脾气调整)烤箱提前预热,200度,18-20分钟。烤好后放凉食用,非常酥松、香脆的一款饼干。
