荷花糯米糕

  • 紫甘蓝3~4片

Steps to make 荷花糯米糕

  • 1.紫甘蓝叶大约3~4片,胡萝卜半根切成条,抹茶粉大约2克左右,西红柿半个,糯米粉大约150克左右
  • 2.然后分别用榨汁机榨成汁
  • 3.抹茶粉用温水大约40克左右调匀,紫甘蓝加进番茄汁调匀一起大约40克左右,胡萝卜20克左右,分别到微波炉里加热20秒钟
  • 4.把大约70克左右的糯米粉加入抹茶汁里,揉成均匀的面团
  • 5.把大约50克的糯米粉加入紫甘蓝和番茄调好的汁里,把大约30克的糯米粉加入胡萝卜汁里,分别揉成均匀的面团
  • 6.取出揉好的抹茶的面团,用擀面杖擀平擀圆,放进盘子里,四周用小刀刻出荷叶边
  • 7.用紫甘蓝的面团做花瓣,捏成长圆型,一片一片的叠起来
  • 8.一共叠2层,第三层换成胡萝卜的面团做花瓣和花芯
  • 9.最后放进蒸锅,大约蒸8分钟左右就可以出锅了
