沙拉豆沙排包
很感谢美天给我试用丘比系列产品的机会,收到的是玉米口味的,现在丘比沙拉酱已经有很多口味了,满足各类人群的要求。
拿到手我第一就想做沙拉面包,想着表面很多沙拉酱的柔软的面包就要流口水,于是做了这款沙拉豆沙排包,效果那是相当的棒呀!非常软乎的面包,吃到沾有沙拉酱的一口口感很好,带着咸甜的味道,非常好吃,有兴趣的亲试试看吧!
警告大家做面包不要聊天哈!我这个就是前车之鉴,差一丁点就去了非洲了,如果颜色再浅写会更加漂亮的。

  • 牛奶100g
  • 鸡蛋40g
  • 耐高糖酵母5g
  • 黄油20g
  • 白糖30g

Steps to make 沙拉豆沙排包

  • 1.准备好食材:高筋粉250克、牛奶100克、鸡蛋40克、白糖30克、红豆沙适量、沙拉酱适量、盐2克、耐高糖酵母5克、黄油20克。
  • 2.将除黄油以外的食材都放进厨师机内胆里。
  • 3.用厨师机和面10分钟
  • 4.然后加入20克黄油继续和面15分钟
  • 5.将面团整理一下盖上湿布室温发酵
  • 6.发酵到用手指蘸面粉在面团上戳洞不回弹就可以了。
  • 7.将面团倒在案板上揉匀排气后平分六等份搓圆盖湿布醒10分钟。
  • 8.然后用擀面棍擀成长条
  • 9.在面皮上挤上红豆沙
  • 10.然后用面皮包紧红豆沙封口处一定捏紧。
  • 11.六个都包好以后排放在模子里盖上湿布二次发酵
  • 12.二次发酵到明显长大2倍就发好了,将沙拉酱挤在表面。
  • 13.随自己喜好挤出花纹。
  • 14.然后放入180度预热好的烤箱内烤30分钟,中间看颜色好了加盖锡纸。
