酸奶纸杯蛋糕

  • 自制酸奶65克
  • 淡奶油300克
  • 细砂糖40克
  • 绵白糖15克

Steps to make 酸奶纸杯蛋糕

  • 1.蛋白、蛋黄分离,分别装入无油无水的容器里中,蛋白中滴入几滴柠檬汁或白醋,加入40克糖。
  • 2.低速打发至湿性发泡。
  • 3.纯牛奶,玉米油和蛋黄混合。
  • 4.筛入低粉。
  • 5.用蛋抽搅打均匀至无干粉。
  • 6.取三分之一的蛋白霜到蛋黄糊里。
  • 7.再将翻拌好的蛋糕糊倒入到剩余的蛋白霜中,翻拌均匀
  • 8.将翻拌好的蛋糕糊装入裱花袋中,再分装到纸杯里,7分满即可。
  • 9.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火150度,40分钟。
  • 10.晾凉后就可以进行奶油装饰了。
  • 11.将淡奶油倒入较大的容器中,加入15克绵白糖,用电动打蛋器低速打至7分发。
  • 12.准备好惠尔通M1裱花嘴。
  • 13.将打发好的奶油装入裱花袋中。
  • 14.取一纸杯蛋糕,以中间为点,顺时针转一圈挤出奶油。
  • 15.再装饰一些糖珠,美美的奶油蛋糕就完成了。
