  • 1.食材:水磨糯米粉250克、黄豆面100克、豆沙馅300克辅料:水250克

  • 5.颜色变深了,能闻到豆香味就ok了,放凉备用。太久会糊,注意。
  • 6.来处理豆沙馅,把豆沙馅放入保鲜袋中,擀成豆沙片备用。(买来的豆沙馅一般都比较稠不好抹,这个方法非常方便,而且还均匀)
  • 7.关火取出趁热多搅拌几下,然后放温,手摸温乎不烫手,就可以操作下一步了。
