经典原味吐司
用料简单、口味清甜的一款基本吐司,做起来虽然有些费时,但成果总是令人欣喜。周末的下午,和全家人一起享用吧!O(∩_∩)O~

  • 高筋面粉250克
  • 135克
  • 鸡蛋液30克
  • 黄油20克
  • 1/2小匙
  • 20克
  • 奶粉15克

Steps to make 经典原味吐司

  • 1.将高筋面粉、水、盐、糖、奶粉、酵母放入面包机中,启动和面程序,用后油法揉至完全阶段。
  • 2.室温下发酵至两倍大,取出排气分为三份揉圆,室温下醒发松弛15分钟。
  • 3.取一个面团,用擀面杖擀成长条状的面片,紧紧地卷起来。
  • 4.其他两个面团依次卷好,排入吐司盒底部
  • 5.将吐司盒放到温暖湿润的地方进行二次发酵至九分满,盖上盖子,放进预热好的烤箱,165度,烤35分钟。
