    • 1.南瓜去皮切小块上锅蒸熟。
    • 2.滤去汤汁,用勺子压成泥,加入白糖拌匀。
    • 3.分次加入糯米粉,揉成软硬适中的粉团(南瓜泥湿度不同,酌情添加)。
    • 4.取45g左右的粉团揉圆,裹上白芝麻。
    • 5.做好的麻球,外面刷一层油。
    • 6.放入预热好的烤箱,中层,上下火170℃,15分钟,取出再刷一层薄油,继续烤10分钟。
    • 7.外脆里糯,很好吃!比油炸的热量少多了。
