Steps to make 火龙果玫瑰花土司

  • 1.1. 材料按次序放入面包桶中,盐和糖分别放在两角,在面粉上戳个洞放入酵母,放好面包桶,选择标准面包,深色,900克,启动面包机
  • 2.把葡萄干泡软后切碎
  • 3.在面包机搅拌排气后,暂停面包机,取出面团,擀平
  • 4.铺上葡萄干
  • 5.面团卷起来
  • 6.平均分成14份
  • 7.面包桶取出搅拌刀,第一层放5个面团
  • 8.第二层4个面团
  • 9.第三层5个面团
  • 10.放好面包桶,启动机器继续发酵,每暂停一次是延时10分钟。可根据面团的发酵情况自定暂停次数(我暂停了3次)直到8分满,开始烘烤。
