Steps to make 鸡腿炖土豆

  • 1.准备好食材,洗净备用。鸡肉一定要用带骨头的,炖起来才会香。
  • 2.土豆削皮备用。
  • 3.洗净的鸡腿直接丢锅里冷水煮开,沸腾约2分钟后,表面产生大量浮沫,这个是对身体不利的。把鸡腿直接捞出,白沫水倒掉,加入新水直至没过鸡腿继续煮。
  • 4.锅里煮鸡汤的同时准备好辅料,土豆切小块,姜切丝,蒜切片,葱切成葱花。
  • 5.将除葱花外的所有辅料,统统加入锅中,重新加水没过食材,盖上锅盖小火慢炖半小时。
  • 6.半小时后,厨房开始飘起鸡腿的鲜香味,土豆也开始变得松软,融化在鲜美的鸡汤中!此时美味的菜品无需过多调料,加上少许盐,胡椒粉和酱油简单调味即可!
  • 7.盛出撒上葱花即可,完成!
