花生酱小酥饼
这款花生酱小酥饼是我在原配方的基础上增加了烤香的花生粒,而且将黄油换成了花生油,所以花生味是超浓郁的,微微有些咸口,吃起来不会觉得太甜腻。饼干的个子不要太大哦,一口一个吃起来更惬意。

  • 低粉160克
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 80克
  • 花生酱100克
  • 小苏打1/2小勺

Steps to make 花生酱小酥饼

  • 1.将油倒入容器中,加入糖。
  • 2.用打蛋器打发至油和糖混合。
  • 3.加入打散的蛋液,用打蛋器打至糖融化。
  • 4.加入花生酱搅打均匀。
  • 5.将小苏打和低粉混合均匀。
  • 6.将低粉筛入花生酱中。
  • 7.用刮刀将面粉和花生酱拌匀。(搅拌至没有干粉即可,无需过多搅拌)
  • 8.加入适量花生粒。
  • 9.将花生粒和面团拌均匀。
  • 10.取适量大小的面团团成球状,排入烤盘,入烤箱中层170度烤20分钟左右。
