牛排黄瓜能量沙拉

  • 鸡胸肉1/2块
  • 培根2-3片
  • 黄瓜1根
  • 色拉油或橄榄油,2勺
  • 黑胡椒粉少许

Steps to make 牛排黄瓜能量沙拉

  • 1.黄瓜洗净后、去皮去蒂,刨薄片。
  • 2.黄瓜薄片摆盘。
  • 3.口蘑洗净后,切成四瓣。
  • 4.青豆粒洗净后,煮软后沥水备用。玉米粒和青豆粒一样处理,或者和我一样直接用熟的甜玉米粒。
  • 5.用厨房纸将牛排和鸡胸肉表面的水吸干。
  • 6.不粘锅加热,倒入1勺色拉油,煎熟鸡胸肉和培根。中途给鸡胸肉翻面时,记得撒上盐和黑胡椒粉,入味。
  • 7.接着用剩下的油翻炒口蘑,加入盐和黑胡椒粉调味。
  • 8.关小火,将沥水后的青豆粒倒入不粘锅,一起快递翻炒。
  • 9.上述几样食材加热好后,就铺在黄瓜片上。
  • 10.另倒一勺色拉油,把牛排放入锅内,煎至两面变色。先大火,后中小火,每次翻面撒上盐和混合香辛料调味。最后用小火给牛排封边,锁住汁水。
  • 11.将煎好的牛排切小块。
  • 12.将牛排小块放入盘中,最后淋上沙拉酱即可。
