芒果奶油蛋糕

这款蛋糕用的是全蛋打发的方法,好多亲都说蛋糕卷是最容易做的蛋糕,所以,感觉自己分蛋糕片不均匀的亲们可以偷下懒,用蛋糕片做蛋糕哦。

  • 细砂糖80克
  • 牛奶25毫升
  • 无盐黄油25克
  • 打发鲜奶油250毫升
  • 糖粉10克

Steps to make 芒果奶油蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料;烤盘上垫上烤盘纸,芒果洗净去皮一部分切成芒果丁,一部分切成厚片备用;
  • 2.在搅拌盆中放入鸡蛋并充分打散,加入细砂糖后立即用电动打蛋器搅拌均匀,使糖融化;

  • 4.将搅拌盆从热水锅中移出,持续用电动打蛋器搅拌高速打发至用捞起的蛋液写“8”时,具有暂时不会消失的硬度,质地细腻,富有光泽。将黄油和牛奶隔水加热;烤箱210度预热;
  • 5.过筛入低筋面粉;
  • 6.用橡皮刮刀从底部往上翻拌(不要搅拌),让面粉与蛋液混合均匀,直至看不见颗粒为止,将事先融化的牛奶和黄油分别先倒在橡皮刮刀上,再均匀地散布在面糊上,翻拌均匀;
  • 7.倒入垫有烤盘纸的烤盘中;(这里我用的烤盘尺寸是:35*25厘米的深烤盘)
  • 8.放入预热好的烤箱中,上下火,中层,烤10分钟;
  • 9.烤好后立即连蛋糕纸一起从烤箱中移出并放在冷却架上,用另一张烤盘纸覆盖在表面,冷却后翻面,撕下蛋糕片上的纸;
  • 10.将奶油和糖粉混合打发至8分发;
  • 11.将冷却的蛋糕分成均匀的3份;
  • 12.倒上打发好的鲜奶油,抹平后放芒果丁;
  • 13.盖上一层蛋糕片,再抹一层奶油,放一层芒果丁,在放上第3片蛋糕,倒上剩余的鲜奶油,抹匀;
  • 14.均匀地分成5份,将芒果片用心形模具切出心形,装饰,加上几粒果脯干即可;
