    Steps to make 虾仁南瓜盅

    • 1.小南瓜洗干净。
    • 2.用刀子雕成锯齿状,嫌麻烦的也可以直接用刀切开。
    • 3.将雕好的南瓜里面的南瓜子取出。
    • 4.将雕好的南瓜放入蒸锅中,大火蒸十五分钟。
    • 5.蒸好的南瓜
    • 6.虾仁备用,倒入一点料酒,用手抓一下,去腥。
    • 7.香菇切丁。
    • 8.胡萝卜切丁
    • 9.热锅,在锅中倒入花生油。
    • 10.倒入香菇丁,胡萝卜丁和玉米粒翻炒。
    • 11.加入虾仁继续翻炒。
    • 12.加入耗油,盐调味,然后出锅。
    • 13.在蒸好的南瓜中添入炒好的馅料,也可以再调个汤汁淋到装好的南瓜盅上。
    • 14.整理盘子和馅料,上菜。
