科技发达日新月异,微波炉早已经是家家必备的电器之一,微波炉的出现也是给家庭烹饪带来的一次新的革命,微波炉的烹饪方式更快捷,无油烟。今天带来的这款就是用微波炉做的一款快手蛋羹。微波炉也能做出完美光洁的蛋羹哦。夏天来了,家里经常会做些糟卤菜,糟鸡,糟鸡翅,糟白切肉,好多好多。每次吃完之后,就会剩下很多糟卤,老爸就会拿这些剩余的糟卤来做炖蛋,记忆中的炖蛋都是这么吃的,有时候碗底还会沉着些小肉碎,算是福利吧。别人家的炖蛋多半都是原味的,有的可能在出锅之后加些鲜酱油什么的,不知道不是我家的这种吃法比较独特。剩下的糟卤不会浪费,还让蛋羹更加美味。

Steps to make 微波炖蛋盅

  • 1.将鸡蛋打散成均匀蛋液
  • 2.用准备盛放蛋液的盛器装约7分满的凉开水,和蛋液混合
  • 3.加入适量盐和糟卤2调羹,用筷子调匀(糟卤调味用,不想加可以增加盐的分量即可)
  • 4.将调匀的蛋液过滤网,会有少许没打匀的蛋清,等分倒入容器中
  • 5.将容器放入微波炉专用的器皿里
  • 6.盖上盖子,盖子上要有小孔出气,3分30秒即可,之后撒上少许葱花再焖一会即可
