  • 1.主料材料加100g水混合拌匀。
  • 2.揉成面团盖盖子发酵。
  • 3.油酥面材料混合。猪油大概40g。多了少了看面团,只要能揉成面团就可以。
  • 4.油酥面和好。
  • 5.主料面团一发酵好了。
  • 6.擀成薄片。
  • 7.叠被子。
  • 8.再叠。我叠了三次。
  • 9.把油酥面包进去。
  • 10.收口。
  • 11.擀薄。
  • 12.越薄越好。
  • 13.叠被子。
  • 14.叠被子期间加上葱花。在擀成薄片。
  • 15.用叉子扎洞。
  • 16.送烤箱140度烤30分钟。我擀的有点厚。如果很薄的话时间相应缩短。
