Steps to make 松软松花球蛋糕

  • 1.用玉米油将可可粉搅拌均匀后加入牛奶乳化,筛入低粉搅拌均匀。
  • 2.2、加入蛋黄搅拌至顺滑。
  • 3.3、蛋白分3次打发至弯钩,取三分之一蛋白加入到蛋黄糊中,翻拌均匀后,全部倒回到蛋白中,翻拌均匀。
  • 4.4、烤盘中放置油纸,将蛋糊倒入模具中抹平,轻震模具震出气泡。
  • 5.5、烤箱150度烘烤22-25分钟,具体温度要根据自己烤箱脾气酌情调整。
  • 6.出炉后撕掉油纸,这款蛋糕胚无所谓是否出毛巾面,一会儿要全部被老式奶油涂上的。
  • 7.7、切模压出圆形,大小随意就好,但是要保留足够的蛋糕边缘。
  • 8.8、将蛋糕边缘打碎,单层涂老式奶油,覆盖一层蛋糕片后,表面涂老式奶油,沾满蛋糕碎老式奶油:黄油室温软化,加入白砂糖与盐打至蓬松,分次加入淡奶油,直至两者完全溶解,体积变大蓬松。
  • 9.9、侧面同样要涂老式奶油,沾满蛋糕碎。
  • 10.10、全部沾满后,就可以食用了。
