    Steps to make 油面筋塞肉

    • 1.材料:猪肉馅、油面筋、鸡蛋、马蹄、葱、姜、蒜、蚝油、胡椒粉、淀粉、老抽、生抽、糖。
    • 2.将猪肉馅、鸡蛋、马蹄碎、葱末、姜末、蒜蓉、适量蚝油、胡椒粉、淀粉朝一个方向搅拌上劲。
    • 3.将油面筋戳一个小孔并轻轻把面筋里面压实成一中空的壳。
    • 4.将搅拌好的肉馅,填入开了一个小口的油面筋里。
    • 5.热锅放入适量油,放入适量葱段煸香,放入填好的面筋球。
    • 6.倒入适量清水以基本没过面筋球2/3为准。
    • 7.转中火烧15-20分钟,中途加入适量糖、生抽、老抽。
    • 8.转大火,加入红彩椒碎、适量水淀粉勾芡,收浓汤汁即可。
    • 9.特点:口感爽滑。
