Steps to make 双色厚蛋烧

  • 1.把蛋黄和蛋清分离,蛋黄打散。
  • 2.蛋清里加入小葱碎和甜椒碎。
  • 3.中小火加热平底锅,喷少许油,把蛋清液铺平,半凝固时往一边卷,卷好后再铺一次,再往另一边卷。
  • 4.蛋清液卷好后接着铺蛋黄液,卷到一边再铺一次蛋黄液,再往另一边卷。
  • 5.都卷好后用铲子把四面都压一压,把四面分别再煎一下。
  • 6.最后切片装盘。
