Steps to make 酱萝卜

  • 1.白萝卜洗净去皮,不去皮也可以,味道会更脆。
  • 2.从中间对半切开,再分成四大块,再对半切开。
  • 3.切成夹刀片。就是一刀不切断,一刀然后切断。

  • 9.这个时候萝卜已经出了很多水,将水倒去,用凉开水冲洗两遍。
  • 10.把白萝卜用手攥干水,放入调好的酱汁中浸泡。
  • 11.在放些干辣椒段和芝麻油就更香,两三个小时后就可以开吃了,泡的越久颜色越深。一道非常简单清爽的开味小菜就做好了。
