双色枣泥酥
做了些小点心,解解馋。春季是吃大红枣的好时候,搭配做成小点心,非常不错哦。

  • 中筋粉118g
  • 白糖25g

Steps to make 双色枣泥酥

  • 1.主料里全部材料混合在一起,辅料里低粉和猪油也混合在一起。
  • 2.主料团揉成光滑面团,辅料里油酥混合揉成团后,分别加入紫薯粉和抹茶粉,调成两种油酥团,两个碗都盖上保鲜膜,松弛二十分钟。
  • 3.松弛好后,水油皮团分成六分,两种油酥团分别分成三份共也是六份。
  • 4.取一份水油皮擀开包入一份油酥团。
  • 5.全部包好后收口朝下,盖上保鲜膜松弛二十分钟。
  • 6.取一份面团轻轻按扁,擀开,从上到下卷起来,然后竖放。
  • 7.依次做完所有面卷,再次松弛十分钟。
  • 8.松弛好的面卷,轻轻按扁轻轻擀开再次从上到下卷起来,做完六份面卷。
  • 9.取一个面卷,从中间切开,切口朝上。
  • 10.取上图中一半面卷,切口朝上放置后轻轻按扁擀开,放入一份枣泥(枣泥200克分12等份来用)。
  • 11.依次做好所有面卷,重复9、10步骤,收口朝下,放在烤盘里,烤箱提前预热170℃烤20到25分钟左右表面轻微上色即可。
  • 12.美味的枣泥酥就做好了。
  • 13.下午茶备好啦。
