Steps to make 红烧罗非鱼

  • 1.洗净罗非鱼,让卖鱼的杀好(罗非鱼有两个肚子,也要划开洗净哦),打花刀
  • 2.鱼身撒干面粉,拍匀
  • 3.锅里油烧热 下鱼 注意不要有水否则会溅到自己
  • 4.鱼要煎炸至两面金黄
  • 5.鱼就处理完了
  • 6.准备好小料 葱姜蒜 花椒大料干辣椒
  • 7.锅里放底油
  • 8.先放花椒干辣椒八角煸香
  • 9.放入葱姜蒜继续煸炒 加少许糖煸炒
  • 10.放入鱼,沿着锅边烹入醋,烹入啤酒…~
  • 11.加入生抽少量老抽,锅中加水
  • 12.在加入半瓶啤酒,刚刚莫过于鱼身
  • 13.加入盐 尝下汤根据自己喜好加料调味
  • 14.大火烧开转小火慢烧,待鱼充分顿入味就可以大火收汁!出锅了
