豆本豆奶芒果慕斯蛋糕

Steps to make 豆本豆奶芒果慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.备好食材。
  • 2.吉利丁2片用水浸泡后,放入50g牛奶中隔水加热融化,晾凉。
  • 3.芒果搅打成泥,倒出40g,剩下的加白糖50g,晾凉的吉利丁液,豆本豆奶一起再次搅打匀。
  • 4.做两个戚风蛋糕片,剪出比六寸小一圈的2片。
  • 5.取一个放入底部。
  • 6.倒入一半慕斯液。
  • 7.再放入另一片蛋糕片。
  • 8.倒入剩余摹斯液,放冰箱冷藏1小时。
  • 9.取一片吉利丁片加50g水浸泡后,放几个草莓QQ糖.15g白糖隔水加热融化后,放凉。
  • 10.和40g芒果泥混合匀。
  • 11.倒入放了桃子做点缀花的慕斯中淋面,可能时间有点短表面没凝固彻底,淋面后花了。这也是经验,4小时以上再淋面或许更好。放冰箱冷藏4小时以上。
  • 12.用电吹风轻吹边缘推出。
