  • 干制明太鱼干300g
  • 芝麻10g
  • 大蒜30g
  • 葱花10g
  • 洋葱50g
  • 胡萝卜30g
  • 韩式辣椒酱100g
  • 麦芽糖浆80g
  • 酱油10g
  • 白醋50g
  • 大喜大牛肉粉20g

Steps to make 拌明太鱼干

  • 1.先将干制的明太鱼干,用凉水,泡5分钟,控干水分,备用。
  • 2.再将萝卜切丝,洋葱切丝,大蒜切成蒜蓉,葱切成葱花,倒入盛有处理好的明太鱼干的碗中。
  • 3.倒入麦芽糖浆。
  • 4.倒入韩式辣椒酱。
  • 5.倒入少许的酱油。
  • 6.拌匀后,再少许白醋。
  • 7.再拌匀后,装盘后撒上些芝麻,香菜,即可。
  • 8.酸酸微甜辣嚎嚎的拌明太鱼,就OK了。。
