    Steps to make 粽子

    • 1.江米提前两小时左右清水浸泡。
    • 2.红枣适量洗净。
    • 3.提前准备好的红豆馅。
    • 4.芦叶放在清水中浸泡。
    • 5.取几片芦叶,底部先放一颗枣,接着放入适量江米,然后再放几颗枣,最后再放入江米,填满。
    • 6.一只手拖住底部,另一只手裹住芦叶从上↑往左下↓折,出来一个尖角后再往右→折。
    • 7.包好后用线绳系紧实,我自己包的时候实在无法拍照,这三张图是手机里的,不是本人操作,见谅,哈哈。
    • 8.依次包好所有的粽子,豆沙馅也是以上步骤。
    • 9.把粽子放入高压锅里面,上汽后蒸25分钟即可。
