肉末蒸蛋
没什么故事,只是家庭煮妇日常会做到的菜肴,图片过于粗略莫怪????

  • 猪上肉100克
  • 冬菇干2个
  • 3个
  • 蚝油0.5匙
  • 0.5匙
  • 白砂糖0.5匙
  • 2匙
  • 生抽2匙
  • 芜茜1棵

Steps to make 肉末蒸蛋

  • 1.猪肉与浸发冬菇剁碎用除生抽以外(调和油只放一半,剩下的用于蛋熟后淋上)拌圴
  • 2.打上蛋
  • 3.用筷子打发
  • 4.打发后加入开水(小窃门里有说明)继续打发
  • 5.打发好的蛋液(注:肉末尽量要打散,不然蛋熟,肉还没熟????)
  • 6.蒸锅或炒锅加入适当的水煮沸放入盖锅盖大约蒸12~13分钟
  • 7.最后加上芫茜、油、生抽,盖上锅盖半分钟关火
  • 8.简单又经济(芫茜可用小葱代替或不放)
