青瓜虾仁拌木耳腐竹

Steps to make 青瓜虾仁拌木耳腐竹

  • 1.准备:青瓜,鲜虾,泡好的木耳,腐竹。
  • 2.蒜末,泡的小米辣,柠檬片(去籽)。
  • 3.青瓜拍一拍改刀切段备用。
  • 4.大碗面先将酱汁调好:蒜末,小米辣,柠檬片,酱油,蚝油,糖,香油,搅拌均匀(有柠檬片就不用放香醋了)。
  • 5.电煮锅里水烧开,放木耳,腐竹煮熟约3-5分钟。
  • 6.捞出来沥水。
  • 7.再放虾烫熟。
  • 8.去掉虾壳。
  • 9.将木耳,腐竹,青瓜,虾仁放入调好的酱汁大碗面。
  • 10.搅拌均匀即可品尝,现做现吃。
  • 11.装盘,很清爽的拌菜,是不是很有食欲啊。
