红丝绒棋格蛋糕

  • 低粉120克
  • 泡打粉1.5克
  • 白砂糖80克
  • 牛奶30克
  • 淡奶油150g(打发的)

Steps to make 红丝绒棋格蛋糕

  • 1.黄油室温软化,加入白砂糖搅拌成沙拉酱状态打发。
  • 2.打至颜色发白,分次加入蛋液。
  • 3.泡打粉与低粉提前混合,先筛入一半至黄油中,搅拌至无明显干粉。
  • 4.加入一半的牛奶,大致搅拌均匀,再筛入剩下低粉的一半,大概均匀。
  • 5.加入剩下全部的牛奶,大致均匀后,筛入剩下的低粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.将锡纸放置于慕斯圈内,将面糊分成两个部分,将原味面糊抹平于模具内,这步对于模具没有绝对的要求,尺寸合适就可以,我用的学厨8寸慕斯圈尺寸是15厘米。
  • 7.烤箱170度烘烤10到12分钟后取出,另一半面糊加入红丝绒精华搅拌均匀后,同样烘烤。
  • 8.摊凉后,修掉蛋糕边缘不整齐的部分,将两个颜色分别切开,颜色交替的叠在一起,多出来的蛋糕不要丢掉哦,后面会用到。
  • 9.蛋糕分别在每层涂上朗姆酒糖水后挤上奶油抹平,按之前排列的颜色分别抹好,放入冰箱冷冻15分钟。
  • 10.冷冻后,从中间切开,再次涂朗姆酒糖水和奶油。
  • 11.颜色要交替开叠在一起,包裹保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏定型。
  • 12.定型后的蛋糕,全身涂奶油。
  • 13.将之前剩下的蛋糕搓碎,沾满全身。
  • 14.底部其实可以不沾哦。
