  • 1.羊排洗净
  • 2.过水焯一下,捞出控去水分
  • 3.葱姜蒜切段切片
  • 4.炒锅加入适量的油,加入白糖翻炒变色
  • 5.加入羊排翻炒糖色
  • 6.另起油锅,爆香葱姜蒜、花椒大料、干红椒,依次加入炒好的羊排、酱油、料酒翻炒
  • 7.加入适量水大火烧开小火慢炖1小时
  • 8.加入盐大火收汁
  • 9.出锅。
