我家私房菜——蛋香脆麻叶

Steps to make 我家私房菜——蛋香脆麻叶

  • 1.面粉中放入白糖、盐、芝麻、鸡蛋液和成面团,饧20分钟。
  • 2.把面团揉匀。
  • 3.把面擀开。
  • 4.擀成2毫米的薄片,切成6公分宽的长条。
  • 5.最后切成3公分宽6公分长的片,两片摞起来从中间竖切一刀。
  • 6.从刀口中反过来即成麻叶。
  • 7.锅中放油,六成热放入麻叶,炸制上色后即可。
  • 8.出锅装盘,即可享用。
