春节在家闲着也是闲着。干果剩好多。吃得嘴老是起牙包。。换种新的吃法。。打发下时间。一做出来。。有酥脆又香。干果的口感太好了。根本停不下来。。

  • 白糖50克
  • 可可粉15克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 低筋面粉220克

Steps to make 巴旦木可可饼干

  • 1.巴旦木,但很多人都叫做杏仁。
  • 2.用餐剪剪小块备用。
  • 3.黄油软化加入白糖打发。我这次是用大勺快速打发的。没用电动搅拌器
  • 4.打到发白加入鸡蛋。
  • 5.继续打到混合一起。
  • 6.在加入220克低筋面粉。15克可可粉。可可粉没有可以不加。
  • 7.按压成团后在加入巴旦木。
  • 8.按压均匀。
  • 9.在捏成型。烤箱上层160度20分钟。
  • 10.放凉变酥松就可以开吃啦。。好吃得停不下来。。
