杏仁花生酱酥球
花生酱的香味是一般人抵御不了的诱惑,用它做成小甜点,又酥又脆,满满的花生酱香味,香而不腻,好吃到停不了嘴,太解馋了,尤其是孩子们的大爱。

  • 小苏打3g
  • 白糖50g

Steps to make 杏仁花生酱酥球

  • 1.杏仁片是提前焙熟的,我用的是蛋糕粉,没有蛋糕粉,普通面粉也可以,最好别用高筋粉哈。
  • 2.将花生油和白糖混合搅拌均匀,至乳化状态。(没有花生油最好用无味食用油,避免与花生酱香味冲突)。
  • 3.加入鸡蛋搅拌均匀,我用打蛋器打的,打至发白即可。
  • 4.加入花生酱搅拌均匀。
  • 5.筛入面粉和小苏打,切拌均匀,注意是切拌而不是搅拌哈,避免出筋性不酥脆。而过筛则是去除粉类中的结块,让粉类更蓬松细腻。
  • 6.最后加入杏仁片和熟白芝麻,切拌均匀。
  • 7.可以带上一次性手套,将面团屯昌大小适中的小球,我用的是空气炸锅,没用烤箱哈,炸蓝铺上锡纸,直接码入团好的花生酱球。
  • 8.空气炸锅不用预热,接通电源,选择空气炸功能,温度160度,时间是15分钟,每个品牌的炸锅温度和时间都是不同的,请根据自己的炸锅设置,也可用烤箱。
  • 9.出炉,打开炉门,满屋子飘香啊!
