简易红烧肉
好久没有开顿正统荤菜了,和大熊商量吃个牛肉炖土豆。偏偏肉店今天只有牛腩,五花还不错,“红烧肉”就这么成型了。哈哈,回了家赶快来到美食天下,和众高手学习下,现学现卖~家里配料很少,成就了最最简易版的红烧肉。

  • 花椒若干
  • 冰糖若干

Steps to make 简易红烧肉

  • 1.所有的材料肉切成块后,放在凉水中浸泡15分钟,加点料酒,可以去腥去血水。
  • 2.油烧热后,下冰糖,多少由自己的口味决定,熬制到焦糖色。
  • 3.这时候就可以将浸泡利水后的肉肉放到锅里了,翻炒稍加点酱油。
  • 4.肉完全变色后,加热水,这时候也可以加土豆了,收汁加盐就可以出锅咯。
  • 5.出锅啦~成品的色泽还是不错滴,大熊的评价也刚刚的,小小自信下。
