  • 蜂蜜20克
  • 奶粉15克
  • 黄油20克
  • 小苏打1克
  • 绿豆蓉馅560克

  • 1.用料
  • 2.将蛋液,糖粉,蜂蜜倒入大碗,搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入软化的黄油
  • 4.搅拌均匀
  • 5.低筋粉,奶粉,小苏打混合,筛入油蛋液中
  • 6.拌匀
  • 7.包上保鲜膜,松弛15-30分钟
  • 8.将皮馅各分割成16等分
  • 9.将饼皮压扁,放入馅料
  • 10.包起
  • 11.收口搓圆
  • 12.月饼模中撒粉,晃一圈
  • 13.倒出
  • 14.放入月饼坯
  • 15.放在案台上压紧
  • 16.脱模
  • 17.摆入烤盘,表面喷水
  • 18.放入烤箱,中层,上火220度,下火150度,烤5-10分钟
  • 19.轻微着色后取出,表面刷蛋液,放入烤箱,上火200度,下火150度,烤15-20分钟,
